This paper expounds the development status of intelligent stereoscopic library at home and abroad,introduces the design principles and building conditions of Beijing City Library's intelligent stereoscopic library in detail,and analyzes the functional requirements of each district of Beijing City Library's intelligent stereoscopic library from the aspects of storage and circulation,software design,hardware design,security and design advantages.
