Based on the local shield engineering construction management mode,the paper proposes to classify the interval burial depth and traversing strata first,and then carry out statistical analysis on the interval monitoring data corresponding to different burial depths and different strata,so as to explore the idea of developing the surface subsidence and uplift,and discusses the control values of surface subsidence,clearance convergence and settlement of segment structure in different buried depths and different strata.
