This paper investigates the anchorage foundation forms of long span suspension b ridges at home and abroad and the corresponding geological conditions,and summarizes the common anchorage foundation forms under different geological conditions.According to the survey results and geological conditions of the north anchorage of Longtan Yangtze River Bridge,the foundation form of the connecting wall suitable for this destination is selected,and the round foundation form and the gourd foundation form are compared.Considering economy,construction convenience and force rationality,the foundation form of circular ground wall is chosen.
