钙以氢氧化钙形式作为pH调节剂进入印染废水处理系统中,论文以浙江某印染废水处理厂为例,在其成熟工艺的基础上同比例构建模拟全套反应器。通过Biolog微平板技术选取研究 130 mg/L、250 mg/L和 500 mg/L不同浓度钙对好氧池中微生物碳源利用情况的影响,发现 250mg/L浓度下除了羧酸类碳源利用下降,其余碳源利用程度均提高。
Effects of Calcium on Carbon Source Utilization of Microbial Community in Aerobic Pool in Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Process
Calcium enters the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system in the form of calcium hydroxide as a pH regulator.The paper takes a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant in Zhejiang province as an example,and builds a full set of simulated reactors in the same proportion on the basis of its mature process.Through Biolog microplate technology to study the effects of 130 mg/L,250 mg/L of calcium and 500 mg/L on the utilization of microbial carbon sources in aerobic pools,it was found that the utilization of carboxylic acid but the utilization of other carbon sources decreased.
