Application of BIM Technology in the Site Management of Civil Engineering Projects
In order to improve the on-site management level of civil engineering projects and improve the overall project quality,this paper explores the application points of BIM technology in the on-site management of civil engineering projects based on the characteristics and application value of BIM technology.The research shows that BIM technology,as an information management method,can be used in the organization and coordination of engineering projects,contract management,safety management,quality management,and schedule management,and realizes dynamic control by building BIM civil engineering models,so as to improve the economic and social benefits of engineering projects.
