In view of the complex and difficult to manage construction equipment in hospitals,and the difficulty in cost control,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the current hospital engineering project,and introduces the building information model to assist the hospital construction project according to the analysis results.The results show that the error between the digital model output by the operating cost control model is 0.79%,which is within the engineering acceptable range,and therefore it does not affect the operation cost analysis of the equipment.At the same time,the model can also warn the deviation of the expenditure status of the equipment,which further simplifies the control of the operation cost of the construction equipment.
