粗骨料最大粒径对预拌混凝土性能的影响

通过制备 4 种不同粗骨料最大粒径混凝土,探究粗骨料最大粒径对C70 预拌混凝土性能和微观结构的影响,结果表明,粗骨料最大粒径增大,预拌混凝土拌和物流动性变好,黏聚性变差;C70预拌混凝土各龄期抗压强度随着最大粒径增大,先增大后降低;当粗骨料最大粒径由 25 mm增大 31.5 mm时,混凝土微观结构孔隙率增大,有害孔、多害孔显著增多.综合上述影响规律,明确配制C70大流态预拌混凝土宜选择最大粒径为 25mm的粗骨料.
Effect of Maximum Size of Coarse Aggregates on the Properties of Ready-Mixed Concrete
Through the preparation of concrete with the maximum particle size of four different coarse aggregate,the influence of the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate on the performance and microstructure of C70 ready-mixed concrete is explored.The results show that the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate increases,the fluidity of premixed concrete mixture improves and the compressive strength of C70 premixed concrete increases with the maximum particle size;when the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate increases by 25 mm 31.5 mm,the porosity of concrete microstructure increases,and the harmful holes and harmful holes increase significantly.Based on the above influence rules,it is clear that the coarse aggregate with a maximum particle size of 25 mm should be selected for preparing C70 large liquid ready-mixed concrete.
