This study focuses on the field of water conservancy engineering construction and conducts in-depth discussion on the management model of engineering agency.By analyzing relevant policy documents,this study explains the advantages of the agency management model in optimizing market competition and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects,and proposes strategies for establishing a sound system of supervision and balance.The results show that these strategies ensure the effective application of the agency management model in water conservancy engineering construction.
