This paper analyzes the service level,management system,maintenance level and maintenance fund of Guiyang rural road network,combined with the experience of rural road maintenance management in different areas,the paper puts forward the coping strategies,such as strengthening the planning guidance and establish the planning concept coordination for the deficiencies in Guiyang City's maintenance management,Rationalizing the management mechanism and improving the responsibility system of rural road maintenance;Improving the performance appraisal mechanism,multi-channel guarantee maintenance funds;Speed up the ideological change,and guiding the highway management from the popularization to the fine development and other coping strategies.
