地籍调查项目管理是保证项目成功的重要手段,科学的项目管理方法是项目管理者的得力工具.论文针对城镇地籍调查项目的特点,结合深圳市光明区地籍调查项目管理实践,从组织管理、投入管理、培训管理、信息化管理、进度管理、质量管理、成本管理和档案管理等方面探讨了地籍调查项目管理的经验方法.
Abstract
Cadastral survey project management is an important means to ensure the success of the project,and the scientific project management method is the effective tool of the project managers.According to the characteristics of urban cadastral survey project,combined with the management practice of cadastral survey project in Shenzhen Guangming District,this paper discusses the experience method of cadastral survey project management from the aspects of organization management,input management,training management,information management,schedule management,quality management,cost management and file management.
