Analysis of Control Measures for Highway Project Cost Estimate Budget Audit
On the basis of mastering the concept of highway project cost estimate budget audit,this paper analyzes the common cost estimate budget audit control methods from three aspects:comprehensive audit,key audit and comparative audit,puts forward cost estimate budget audit control measures,such as improving the management system of budget estimate audit,standardizing budget estimate preparation and audit behavior,improving the professional ability of audit personnel,accelerating the application of information audit means,and strengthening the tracking audit of budget implementation.It helps to change the traditional audit and control mode,ensure that the highway project cost management is more scientific,and help the healthy development of the engineering industry.
