摘要
论述了交通建设工程行业当前面临的形势与现状,指出在工程质量安全监督管理中发现存在法人管理体系不健全、各方主体责任落实不到位、工程质量安全问题突出、行业监管体系有待健全等方面问题,并结合质量安全监督的实际情况,探索提出了 4方面的建议与对策.
Abstract
This article discusses the current situation faced by the transportation construction engineering industry,and points out that there are problems found in the supervision and management of engineering quality and safety,such as incomplete legal person management system,inadequate implementation of main responsibilities of all parties,prominent engineering quality and safety issues,and incomplete industry supervision system.Finally,based on the actual situation of quality and safety supervision,four suggestions and countermeasures are explored and proposed.
