This paper analyzes the current situation and advantages of fine management from the perspective of improving the quality and level of construction project management,and explores the application measures of fine management in construction project management in combination with specific engineering cases.The results show that the introduction of the concept of fine management in the management of construction projects can optimize the construction plan,control the construction cost,and improve the comprehensive strength of the construction enterprise.
