This paper studies the restrictive factors and countermeasures of construction project management,and analyzes the restrictive factors of current construction project management from four aspects:lack of scientificity of contract management,lack of cost management,limitation of schedule management and lack of technology application on the basis of mastering the characteristics of construction project management.At the same time,the countermeasures of strengthening contract management,strengthening cost management,formulating construction schedule management strategies,and rational application of technical means are put forward,which help to change the traditional project management mode,ensure the smooth construction of project construction,achieve high-quality construction objectives,and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
