Based on the key points of construction management,the paper analyzes the existing problems and explores the effective countermeasures of construction management in building mechanical and electrical installation engineering.In engineering practice,strengthening the effective management of construction mechanical and electrical installation engineering can make the construction quality of the project significantly improved,the construction cost is also reduced,and safety accidents are effectively eliminated.
