工作小时、GPS状态信息等重要参数是厂家进行保养维修、债权管理的重要依据,是用户科学合理使用挖掘机的重要参考数据。随着挖掘机智能化市场的逐步扩大,车辆数据量成倍增加,挖掘机关键参数的异常波动不仅会影响设备的正常运行,还可能引发安全隐患和债权管理问题。针对传统参数记录方式存在的误差累积等问题,提出基于物联网(IOT)系统的液压挖掘机参数自校正技术,以CAN总线作为数据链路,分别从控制单元和云端进行双向分析与设计,从源头有效提高参数记录的准确性和可靠性。
Application of Parameter Self-correction Technology Based on IOT System in Hydrau-lic Excavators
Important parameters such as working hours and GPS status information are an important basis for manufacturers to carry out mainte-nance,repair and claims management and are important reference data for customers to use excavators in a scientific and reasonable way.With the gradual expansion of the intelligent market of excavators,the amount of vehicle data increases exponentially,and the abnormal fluctuations in key parameters of excavators not only affect the normal operation of equipment,but also may lead to safety hazards and claims management issues.In view of problems such as error accumulation in tradition parameter re-cording methods,a self-correction technology of hydraulic excavator parameters based on the Internet of Things(IOT)system is proposed,which uses the CAN bus as the data link for bi-directional analysis and design from the control unit and the cloud respectively to effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of param-eter recording at source.
