摘要
基于光电传感技术,针对胡萝卜播种机的机身结构,以及种子颗粒粒径小的特点,经过市场调研,提出将红外对射单元以交叉堆叠的方式排布,缩小有效检测间距,以减小对于小颗粒种子的检测误差,提升排种检测精度.基于堆叠式传感器的高精度胡萝卜播种机监控系统,通过无线通信模块将数据发送至显示单元,当出现较高漏播率时触发系统报警提示,实现对精密播种机作业状态的实时监测.
Abstract
Based on the photoelectric sensing technology,for the body structure of the carrot seeder,as well as the characteristics of small seed particle size,after market research,it is proposed to arrange the infrared radiation units in a cross stacked manner to narrow the effective detec-tion spacing,thereby reducing the detection error for seeds with a small particle size and improving the seeding detection accuracy.The monitoring system of the high-precision carrot seeder based on stacked sensors sends data to the display unit through a wireless communi-cation module and triggers the system alarm when there is a high miss-seeding rate,so as to realize real-time monitoring of the operation status of the precision seeder.
