为分析和控制电动装载机空调系统噪声,分别对不同空调挡位下的空调系统近场噪声和驾驶室内耳旁噪声、不同风机转速时的蒸发器总成近场噪声、驾驶室内空气路径噪声传递函数进行测试与分析,确定空调系统的主要噪声源及其随风机转速升高的变化规律,提出降噪措施,并对降噪措施进行试验验证。
Noise Analysis and Control of Air Condition-ing System of Electric Loader
To analyze and control the noise of the air con-ditioning system of the electric loader,the near-field noise of the air conditioning system and noise at the operator's position in the cab under different air conditioning modes,the near-field noise of the evaporator assembly at different fan speeds,and the transfer function of the air path noise in the cab are tested and analyzed re-spectively to determine the main noise sources of the air conditioning system and their change rules with the increase of the fan speed,and noise reduction measures are put forward and verified through tests.
