电动机械在公路施工场景下基于排队论的合理化配置研究

电动自卸车和电动装载机的配合作业模式在工程建设或物料搬运工程得到推广和应用,为合理配置电动机械之间的联合作业,以甘肃省渭武高速公路木寨岭隧道为依托工程,使用排队理论,建立数学模型,对电动装载机-自卸车之间的配置进行合理优化,并计算在施工场景中所配备的充电桩数量.计算得出,该工程最优配置为1辆电动装载机搭配5辆电动自卸车,最优配置下的电动装载机的台班产量为412.23 m3,2个充电桩能够满足电动机械的工作强度和充电需求,土方单方费用最低为1.64元.计算得到的配置结果能够为项目工程带来明显的经济效益.
Research on Reasonable Configuration of Electric Machinery in Highway Construction Scenes Based on Queuing Theory
The coordinated operation mode of electric dumpers and electric loaders has been pro-moted and applied in engineering construction or material handling projects.To reasonably configure the joint operation between electric machinery,based on the Muzhailing Tun-nel project of Weiyuan-Wudu Expressway in Gansu Province,the queuing theory is applied,and a mathematical model is established,to reasonably optimize the configuration between the electric loaders and dumpers,and the number of charging spots to be provided in the construction scenes is calculated.According to the calculation,the optimal configuration for this project is 1 electric loader paired with 5 electric dumpers,the production capacity of the electric loader under the optimal configura-tion is 412.23 m3 per shift,2 charging spots can satisfy the work intensity and charging needs of electric machinery,and the lowest earthwork cost per cubic meter is 1.64 yuan.The calcu-lated configuration results can bring obvious economic benefits for the project engineering.
