针对传统高压水压工作站在实时数据监测和远程控制方面的不足,提出一种轻水站水压系统发生装置。根据系统不同工况的运行特性,生成典型物理信号,并通过实际传感器将信号反馈到上位机监控系统,以操作台方式呈现,具备本地-启停控制的同时也需要连接上位机系统,实现远程模式下的系统控制,状态监控等功能。操作台采用模块化设计,配备不同型号的电磁阀和断路器,确保流量控制的精确性和电气系统的可靠性。机械结构采用304不锈钢材料,保证结构的坚固和耐腐蚀。采用成熟稳定的系统设备,预留相应可扩展的接口,充分保护前期实用性和后续扩展便利性,使系统具有一定的先进性。
Design of High-pressure Hydraulic Workstation
In view of the shortcomings of traditional high-pressure hydraulic workstations in real-time data monitoring and remote control,a hydraulic system generator for light-water stations is pro-posed.According to the operating characteris-tics of the system under different working con-ditions,typical physical signals are generated,fed back to the master computer monitoring system through actual sensors,and presented in the form of a control console.It has local start-stop control and needs to be connected to the master computer system to achieve remote system control,status monitoring and other functions.The control console is designed in a modular manner and equipped with different types of solenoid valves and circuit breakers to ensure the accuracy of flow control and the reliability of the electrical system.The me-chanical structure is made of 304 stainless steel to ensure its durability and corrosion resistance.Mature and stable system equipment is used,and corresponding expandable interfaces are reserved to fully protect the early practicality and subsequent expansion convenience,so that the system has a certain degree of advanced nature.
