原地转向工况条件下液压助力转向器对操作手感影响的研究

方向盘操作手感直接影响车辆操纵轻便性。针对原地转向工况轮胎阻力矩为强非线性这一问题,采用"魔术公式"进行表征,并将采用原地转向"魔术公式"计算结果和试验结果进行对比分析,得到了很好的一致性。分析转向参数对方向盘操作手感的影响,分析结果表明:转向器参数中初始位置阀芯端面至阀套端面的距离对方向盘操作力矩影响最大;方向盘操作力矩随着车轮转角的增加而增大,但增大到一定数值后会略有减小。
Research on Influence of Hydraulic Power Steering Gear on 0perating Feel under In-situ Steering Conditions
The operating feel of steering wheel directly affects the ease of vehicle handling.To address the problem of strong nonlinearity in the tyre resistance torque under in-situ steering condi-tions,the"magic-formula"is adopted for char-acterization,and the calculated results of the in-situ steering"magic formula"and the test results are compared and analyzed to obtain a good consistency.The influence of steering parameters on the operating feel of the steering wheel is analyzed.The analysis results show that,among the parameters of the steering gear,the distance from the original position of the end face of the valve core to the end face of the valve sleeve has the greatest influence on the operating torque of the steering wheel,the operating torque of the steering wheel increases with the increase of the wheel angle,but it will decrease slightly after reaching a certain value.
