摘要
为改善热风加热机在加热沥青路面时,风机组件因循环风温度过高导致元器件受损的问题,借助Fluent软件建立仿真模型模拟机组加热沥青路面的作业过程,同时对加热机原有功率控制策略进行优化,并与现场试验数据进行对比,验证模型的正确性.研究结果表明:机组采用优化后的功率控制策略不仅能够保证路面加热质量,还可以在满足施工标准的条件下,使风机组件处的循环风温度得到有效改善.
Abstract
To address the problem that fan assembly com-ponents are damaged due to high temperature of the circulating air during heating of the asphalt pavement by a hot-air heater,software Fluent is used to establish a simulation model to simulate the operation process of heating the asphalt pavement by the heating unit.At the same time,the original power control strategy of the heater is optimized,and through compar-ison with the field test data,the correctness of the model is verified.The research results show that,the heating unit adopting the optimized power control strategy cannot only ensure the quality of pavement heating,but also effectively improve the temperature of the circulating air at the fan assembly while meeting the construc-tion standards.
