冷却风扇在两种风洞中的气动性能分析

在汽车冷却风扇的出口设置多喷嘴的风室进行产品气动性能测试时,风洞的试验数据经过计算处理后不能区分风机的总压效率和静压效率。为与风扇行业中采用自由出口式风洞测试的结果进行对比,采用CFD方法研究自由入口风室出口和风室入口自由出口两种风洞下冷却风扇的气动性能表现。数值模拟结果表明,流量相近时冷却风扇在两种风洞中所受的转矩基本相同,风扇电机轴效率不同。
Aerodynamic Performance Analysis of Cool-ing Fans in Two Wind Tunnels
When a multi-nozzle wind chamber is set up at the outlet of an automotive cooling fan to test the aerodynamic performance of the product,the test data of the wind tunnel cannot distinguish between the total efficiency and the static efficiency of the fan after computational processing.To compare with the results of the free-outlet wind tunnel test in the fan industry,CFD method is used to study the aerodynamic performance of cooling fans in two types of wind tunnels,free inlet with chamber outlet and chamber inlet with free outlet.The numeri-cal simulation results show that,when the flow rates are similar,the torque suffered by the cooling fan in the two wind tunnels is basically the same,but the efficiency of the fan motor shaft is different.
