微型摆式内燃机中心摆传热特性研究

摘要
由于微型摆式内燃机结构较小,唯一运动部件中心摆受热后容易出现变形、卡死等现象,导致内燃机不能正常运行或热效率严重下降.为解决该问题,提出中心摆由陶瓷基复合材料制作,并建立柱坐标系下的中心摆非稳态传热模型,利用有限元方法分析中心摆材质和结构尺寸变化对其变形的影响规律.研究表明,选用的4种材质中SiO2陶瓷基复合材料中心摆受热后变形最小;当中心摆半径分别为21 mm、23mm时,随着中心摆温度的升高其整体变形的变化不大.该研究可为微型摆式内燃机中心摆的变形及整机热效率研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
Due to the small structure of the micro free-piston swing engine,its only moving part,the center swing,is prone to deformation and jam-ming after being heated,resulting in the engine failing to operate normally or a serious decline in thermal efficiency.To solve this problem,the center swing made of ceramic matrix compos-ites is proposed,an unsteady-state heat transfer model of the center swing is established in the cylindrical coordinate system,and the finite el-ement method is used to analyze the influence law of the changes of center swing materials and structural dimensions on its deformation.The research shows that,among the four select-ed materials,SiO2 ceramic matrix composite for the center swing has the smallest deforma-tion after being heated,and when the radius of the center swing is 21 mm and 23 mm respec-tively,its overall deformation changes slightly with the rise of the center swing temperature.This research can provide a theoretical refer-ence for the research on the deformation of the center swing of the micro free-piston swing engine and the overall thermal efficiency.
