35 kV干式电流互感器内部结构便携式脉冲数字射线检测工艺参数研究

摘要
针对35 kV干式电流互感器内部绕组及其导电杆的位置问题,采用便携式脉冲数字射线进行无损检测.经检测试验,确定该型号干式电流互感器的合适检测工艺参数为:脉冲数25、曝光时间3 s、焦距1 000 mm.采用上述检测工艺参数对存在缺陷的电流互感器进行数字射线成像检测,验证了该工艺参数下能有效检测出电流互感器内部结构尺寸,发现缺陷干式电流互感器左侧一次线圈对二次线圈端面距离不满足设计要求.
Abstract
For the internal winding and conductive rod location problems of the 35 kV dry-type current transformer,portable pulse digital radiogra-phy is used for non-destructive testing.After testing,it is determined that the appropriate testing process parameters for this type of dry-type current transformer are pulse count of 25,exposure time of 3 s and focal length of 1 000 mm.The above testing process parameters are used for digital radiographic testing on the defective current transformer,it is verified that the internal structural dimensions of the cur-rent transformer can be effectively tested under the process parameters,and it is found that the distance from the primary coil to the second-ary coil end face on the left side of the defective dry-type current transformer does not meet the design requirements.
