混凝土泵车摆动支腿结构轻量化优化分析

以某型混凝土泵车摆动支腿为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件对其进行刚度、强度校核,得出支腿结构刚度、强度都满足设计要求,并且仍有一定的余量,进而应用优化模块,对支腿各板厚进行优化,以总体积为目标函数,刚度、强度为约束条件,各板件板厚为设计变量,通过软件的优化迭代计算,得到支腿结构板厚非整数最优解,再通过板厚圆整计算,得到最终板厚整数最优解,从而实现支腿结构轻量化的目的,为系列支腿产品的优化和改型设计提供数据支持,提升设计效率。
Lightweight Optimization Analysis of Swing Leg Structure of Truck-mounted Concrete Pump
Taking the swing leg of a truck-mounted con-crete pump as the research object,software AN-SYS is used to check its stiffness and strength,it is concluded that the stiffness and strength of the leg structure meet the design requirements with a certain margin.Then,the optimization module is applied to optimize the thickness of each plate of the leg.With the total volume as the objective function,stiffness and strength as the constraints,and thickness of each plate as the design vari-ables,through optimization iteration calculation of the software,the non-integer optimal solu-tion of the plate thickness of the leg structure is obtained.Through rounding calculation of the plate thickness,the final integer optimal solution of the plate thickness is obtained,so as to achieve the purpose of lightweighting of the leg structure,which provides data support for the optimization and modification design of the series of leg prod-ucts and improves the design efficiency.
