基于WOA-XGBoost的土压平衡盾构掘进速度预测

针对土压平衡盾构的掘进速度预测问题,为了提升预测模型在各地层下的表现,收集了多种地层下的掘进数据,提出一种基于WOA优化的XGBoost模型的掘进速度预测模型。对掘进数据进行非掘进状态数据剔除与异常数据剔除,并进行SG平滑处理。选取14种掘进参数作为输入参数,使用5折交叉验证方法训练模型。对预测模型的预测结果进行分析,各组MSE的平均值为1。626 9,可见模型对掘进速度预测具有较高的精确度。分析预测结果,表明预测值在掘进速度分布范围内的预测效果良好,表现出对各地层应用的泛性,相比真实值整体偏低。
Prediction of Excavation Speed of Earth Pressure Balance Shield Based on WOA-XGBoost
Regarding the prediction of excavation speed of earth pressure balance shield,to improve the performance of the prediction model in each stratum,the excavation data in various strata is collected,and an excavation speed prediction model based on the XGBoost model optimized by WOA is proposed.The excavation data is subjected to non-excavation state data exclu-sion,abnormal data exclusion and SG smooth-ing processing.14 excavation parameters are selected as input parameters,and a 5-fold cross-validation method is used to train the model.The prediction results of the prediction model are analyzed,and the average MSE value of each group is 1.626 9,indicating that the model has a high accuracy in the prediction of excava-tion speed.The analysis of the prediction re-sults show that the predicted values have a good predictive effect within the distribution range of excavation speed,demonstrating universality in application to various strata,and are generally lower than the actual values.
