Design and Modal Analysis of High-voltage Cable Reeler Based on Creo
High-voltage cable reeler is the core of heavy mobile equipment to adapt to a variety of spe-cial operating scenes. To this end,a new high-voltage cable reeler with stable wiring and multi-scene applicability is designed, and the working principle of linkage collaborative op-eration between the cable reeler and the chassis travelling system is elaborated. At the same time,to further study the dynamic performance of the drum and reduce the impact of resonance on the structure, modal analysis is carried out on the key component, the drum, based on Creo Simulation. The results show that, the first-order modal frequency of the drum is 14.4 Hz,there are two pairs of repeated-root modes, and the frequencies of closely spaced modes are concentrated in the range of 28 to 30 Hz.The analysis of modal shapes provides guid-ance in terms of sensor placement for further dynamic performance tests of cable reelers.
