基于Creo的高压电缆卷放装置设计及模态分析

高压电缆卷放装置是重型移动设备适应多种特殊作业场景的核心。为此,设计一款具有排线稳定、多场景适用的新型高压电缆卷放装置,阐述电缆卷放装置与底盘行驶系统联动协同作业的工作原理。同时,为进一步研究卷筒动力学性能,减少共振对结构的影响,基于Creo Simulation对关键零部件卷筒开展模态分析,结果表明:卷筒的1阶模态频率为14。4 Hz,存在两对重根模态,密集模态频率集中在28~30 Hz的范围,模态振型的分析为电缆卷放装置进一步的动态性能试验提供传感器布点等方面的指导。
Design and Modal Analysis of High-voltage Cable Reeler Based on Creo
High-voltage cable reeler is the core of heavy mobile equipment to adapt to a variety of spe-cial operating scenes.To this end,a new high-voltage cable reeler with stable wiring and multi-scene applicability is designed,and the working principle of linkage collaborative op-eration between the cable reeler and the chassis travelling system is elaborated.At the same time,to further study the dynamic performance of the drum and reduce the impact of resonance on the structure,modal analysis is carried out on the key component,the drum,based on Creo Simulation.The results show that,the first-order modal frequency of the drum is 14.4 Hz,there are two pairs of repeated-root modes,and the frequencies of closely spaced modes are concentrated in the range of 28 to 30 Hz.The analysis of modal shapes provides guid-ance in terms of sensor placement for further dynamic performance tests of cable reelers.
