Abstract
Chemical pre-treatment is an important part of powder coating process,and its design scheme has evolved from the traditional ordinary pipe-line spraying to the overall integrated intelligent design.The chemical pre-treatment process is introduced in detail in terms of overall layout and structural design of the chamber,high-efficiency and energy-saving design of the equipment,auxiliary process design and safety and environmental protection design.
