Analysis of Bottom Cracking of Hot Rolled Copper/Steel/Copper Clad Sheet Stamping Parts
In view of the problem of bottom round comer cracking of hot rolled copper/steel/copper clad sheets after stamping, numerical simulation, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and mechanical tensile testing are adopted to analyze the interface and mechanical properties of two sheets with and without bottom cracks after stamping,as well as the stress deformation during stamping. The results show that, through finite element analysis, the bottom copper layer of the clad sheet stamping part has a relatively large defor-mation;compared with the clad sheet without bottom cracks, the sheet with bottom cracks has intermittent brown zinc oxides at the cop-per/steel interface;the two sheets have similar mechanical properties, but there is an obvious cracking phenomenon in the copper layer and the steel layer at the fracture of the sheet with bottom cracks;the zinc oxides at the copper/steel interface cause cracking at the bottom of the stamping parts.
