超扁平液力变矩器瞬态流场特性与试验研究

针对小循环圆超扁平液力变矩器的内流场特性及变矩性能开展研究。建立液力变矩器三维模型并抽取全流道,运用ANSYS Fluent进行数值模拟计算,得到不同工况下的性能特征,通过液力变矩器台架试验验证数值计算的准确性。对叶轮进行压力场分析表明,泵轮表面压力分布较为均匀,涡轮和导轮在入口及连接处受到高速油液冲击形成高压力区域,随着速比的增大,工作点发生变化使得各叶轮表面压力减弱,但高压力区域位置未发生改变。
Transient Flow Field Characteristics and Experimental Research of Super-flat Torque Converter
The internal flow field characteristics and torque conversion performance of a small-torus super-flat torque converter are studied.A three-dimensional model of the torque converter is established,the full flow channel is extracted,ANSYS Fluent is used for numerical simula-tion calculations to obtain the performance characteristics under different working condi-tions,and the accuracy of the numerical cal-culations is verified through bench tests of the torque converter.The pressure field analysis of the impeller shows that the pressure distribution on the surface of the pump wheel is relatively uniform,the turbine and guide wheel are sub-jected to high-speed oil impact at the inlet and the connection,forming a high-pressure area.As the speed ratio increases,the working point changes,causing the pressure on the surface of the impeller to weaken,but the location of the high-pressure area remains unchanged.
