挖掘机电控液压系统的设计应用

摘要
为提高挖掘机工作效率,在比较各种挖掘机液压系统优缺点的基础上,设计了一种挖掘机电控液压系统.该挖掘机电控液压系统采用公司自己开发的电比例泵和电比例控制多路阀,利用萨奥丹佛斯的电控先导元件(手柄、脚踏)和控制器.控制器运算后输出的电信号直接控制泵的流量,反映迅速敏捷,可实现挖掘机远程遥控、无人化甚至智能化操作.该挖掘机电控液压控制系统在一台PZ-70型挖掘机上装机试验验证,达到了预期效果.
Abstract
To improve the work efficiency of excavators,on the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various hydraulic systems of excavators,an electro-hydraulic system is designed for excavators.The electro-hydraulic system for excavators adopts the electronic proportional pump and electronic proportional control multi-way valve developed by the company,as well as the electronic control pilot elements(handle,pedal)and controller from Sauer-Danfoss.The electronic signal output from the controller after operation directly controls the flow of the pump,which reflects quickly and agilely and can realize remote con-trol and driverless or even intelligent operation of the excavator.The electro-hydraulic system for excavators is installed on a PZ-70 excavator for test and verification,achieving the expected effects.
