大截面水工隧洞栈桥式针梁台车设计与施工技术

在分析现有大截面水工隧洞施工工法存在问题的基础上,研发出一种可过车的栈桥式针梁台车并设计相应的施工技术.可过车栈桥式针梁台车作业时,栈桥式针梁与模板台车分开行走,且搭载可自由行走的钢筋绑扎作业平台,避免施工过程中的施工干扰,不仅可以保证隧洞内工程车的正常通道,还可以保证正常的全环衬砌施工,提高了施工效率,保证了衬砌质量,为大截面水工隧洞边开挖边全环衬砌提供了解决方案.
Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the problems of the existing large-section hydraulic tunnel con-struction method,a trestle-type needle beam trolley where vehicles can pass through is developed,and corresponding construction technology is designed.During the opera-tion of the passable trestle-type needle beam trolley,the trestle-type needle beam and the formwork trolley travel separately and carry a self-propelled reinforcement binding work platform to avoid construction interference during construction.This not only ensures the normal passage of engineering vehicles in the tunnel,but also ensures the normal full-ring lining construction,improves construction efficiency,guarantees lining quality and provides a solution for excava-tion while full-ring lining of large-section hydraulic tunnels.
