新技术、新工艺不断拓展场道道面建设的新思路,钢结构装配式道面(钢道面)依托工厂预制,批量运存、快速组拼的特点,在道面建设上更加高效、快捷,但其标准化加工和精细化管理的要求也越发严格,应用FMEA的方法,构建钢道面研究模型,从技术风险的角度进行分析,进一步降低钢道面板的设计加工应用风险,使其预制可靠,管理精益,对于应用实施钢道面方案有重要意义.
Abstract
New technologies and new processes are con-stantly expanding new ideas for the construc-tion of airport pavements.The steel-structure prefabricated pavements(steel pavements),relying on the characteristics of factory prefab-rication,batch transport and storage and rapid assembly,are more efficient and quicker in pavement construction,but the requirements for standardized processing and refined manage-ment are becoming stricter.The FMEA meth-od is applied to construct a research model of the steel pavement,and it is analyzed from the perspective of technological risks to further re-duce risks of design,processing and application of steel pavements,so that their prefabrication is reliable,and the management is lean,which is of great significance for the application and implementation of the steel pavement plan.
