对装载机主螺旋轴承失效进行分析,找出失效原因及优化措施.研究表明低速行驶、轴承短暂性润滑不足也会导致轴承损伤,进而失效.通过优化结构,强化轴承润滑效果,可有效降低轴承损坏的故障现象.
Abstract
The failure of main screw bearings of load-ers is analyzed to identify the causes for failure and optimization measures.The research shows that low-speed travelling and insufficient temporary lubrication of bearings can also lead to bearing damage and subsequent failure.By optimizing the structure and enhancing the bearing lubrica-tion effect,the fault phenomena of bearing damage can be effectively reduced.
