摘要
场(厂)内专用机动车辆是企业在生产过程中常用的特种设备,具有较为广泛的应用范围,在工作过程中,场车容易因操作方式、厂区环境等因素引发安全事故.对场车工作过程中的风险管理和事故预防进行研究,从工作环境、操作人员和场车本身故障等3方面阐述场车存在的安全隐患及其原因,采用风险矩阵对场车安全状态进行评价,并基于评价结果,从技术层面和管理层面提出相应的事故预防方法.
Abstract
Special purpose motor vehicles in defined fields are special equipment commonly used by enterprises in the production process,with a wide range of applications.In the process of operation,vehicles are prone to safety accidents due to factors such as op-eration modes and field environments.Risk management and accident prevention in the operation process of vehicles are studied,and the potential safety hazards of vehicles and their causes are elaborated in terms of the work environments,operators and faults of the vehicles themselves.The safety status of the vehicles is evaluated by using a risk matrix,and based on the results of the evaluation,corresponding methods of ac-cident prevention are put forward from both technical and management perspectives.
