摘要

为了探究均匀来流下吊舱推进器的伴流场分布情况和吊舱推进器的激振力特性,本文基于延迟分离涡模型(DDES)对不同进速系数下的吊舱推进器进行均匀来流下的非定常敞水数值模拟,获得了不同工况下的伴流场分布情况和螺旋桨推力、扭矩及吊舱表面压力脉动特性.研究表明:吊舱诱导伴流场在桨盘面存在不均匀性,对比不同半径处伴流分数的谐调分量,发现一阶谐调分量幅值最高;螺旋桨上激振力分布与伴流场分布存在相关性,螺旋桨上的单个叶片受激振力影响较大,且表面力特征频率主要为叶频;吊柱表面左、右侧的压力脉动呈现非对称性,螺旋桨诱导涡对其表面压力脉动产生的影响不容忽视.

Abstract

In order to explore the wake field distribution of the podded propulsor and the excita-tion force characteristics of the podded propulsor under uniform inflow,the unsteady open water numerical simulation of the podded propulsor under uniform flow with different advance coefficients is carried out based on the delayed separation vortex model(DDES).The distribution of the wake field and the characteristics of propeller thrust,torque and pressure fluctuation on the surface of the pod under different working conditions are obtained.The results show that there is inhomogene-ity in the wake field induced by the pod on the propeller disk surface.Comparing the harmonic components of the wake fraction at different radii,it is found that the amplitude of the first-order harmonic component is the highest.There is a correlation between the distribution of the excitation force on the propeller and the distribution of the wake field.The single blade on the propeller is greatly affected by the excitation force,and the characteristic frequency of the surface force is mainly the blade frequency.The pressure pulsation on the left and right sides of the sling surface is asym-metric,and the influence of the propeller induced vortex on the surface pressure pulsation cannot be ignored.
