侧斜参数对喷水推进泵性能的影响研究

侧斜是螺旋桨水力设计中的重要参数,也对与螺旋桨相似的喷水推进泵的性能有着重要的影响。本文在原有的喷水推进泵水力模型的基础上改变侧斜分布获得了三种不同侧斜分布的喷水推进泵水力模型,使用数值模拟的方法获得了喷水推进泵的外特性、内部流场和空化特性。研究结果表明,原型泵在马鞍区和小流量区运行时性能表现更好,而增大侧斜的C型泵在大流量区的性能表现更好。通过改变侧斜可以改变空化发生的位置和空化面积,提高空化性能。
Research on the Influence of Skew Parameters on the Performance of Water Jet Propulsion Pumps
Skew is an important parameter in the hydraulic design of propellers and has a sig-nificant impact on the performance of water jet propulsion pumps similar to propellers.On the basis of the original hydraulic model of the water jet propulsion pump,this article obtained three different hydraulic models of the water jet propulsion pump with different types of skew by changing the distribution of skew.The external characteristics,internal flow field,and cavitation charac-teristics of the water jet propulsion pump were obtained by using numerical simulation methods.The research results indicate that the prototype pump performs better in the saddle area and small flow area,while the C-type pump with increased skew performs better in the large flow area.By changing the skew,the location and area of cavitation can be changed,thereby improving cavitation performance.
