高压控制策略对CO2热泵热水器长期能效影响

CO2热泵热水器的高压控制策略在部件性能长期衰减影响下会造成额外的性能损失.本文对CO2热泵热水器进行了系统仿真计算,引入部件衰减因子来模拟长期运行影响,对不同的典型离线控制策略进行了COP和APF损失率的对比研究,以此评估各方法应对长期部件性能衰减的鲁棒性.结果表明,在名义工况下,面向换热器性能衰减,控制参数为环境温度和气冷器出口温度的策略COP平均损失率最小,而控制环境温度和出水温度的策略则更适于压缩机衰减显著的情景.控制蒸发温度和气冷器出口温度的方法应对全年性能衰减时鲁棒性较好,APF平均损失率可降至2.52%.
Influence of Pressure Control Strategy on Long-term Energy Efficiency of CO2 Heat Pump Water Heater
Discharge pressure control strategy for CO2 heat pump water heater can cause additional performance losses under the influence of long-term degradation.In this work,a comparative analysis of the performance losses for different control strategies is conducted by introducing component degradation factors.The results show that the strategy with ambient temperature and water outlet temperature control is suitable for the scenario with significant compressor degradation.While the strategy of controlling evaporation and gas cooler outlet temperature is more robust against annual performance degradation,and the average APF loss rate is reduced to 2.52%.
