燃煤含碳量波动瞬态过程电站锅炉?分析

煤质波动影响燃煤发电机组运行控制效果及能量利用效率,其中含碳量波动是煤质波动的主要形式.本文基于热力学第二定律,研究了燃煤含碳量波动条件下锅炉瞬态过程㶲损失的分布规律,以及各换热设备㶲传递与损失的耦合作用机制.研究发现稳态工况下燃烧㶲损失占锅炉总㶲损失的比例达到57.77%,而在燃煤含碳量变化瞬态过程中,燃烧㶲损失的变化量也最大.在燃煤含碳量阶跃变化的瞬态过程中,㶲损失中变化最显著的是水冷壁传热损失,㶲效率变化最显著的是低温过热器,各换热设备㶲损失和㶲效率在瞬态过程中趋于稳定速度沿烟气流程逐渐变慢.
Exergy Analysis on Power Plant Boiler in Transient Process With Coal Carbon Content Variation
Coal quality variation affects the control system performances and energy efficiency of coal-fired power unit,and the carbon content variation is a main type of coal quality variation.On the basis of the second law of thermodynamics,the distribution of energy losses in the transient processes under coal carbon content variation is studied,and exergy conversion coupling mechanism among boiler heat transfer devices is explored.The research shows that the combustion exergy loss accounts for 57.77%of the total exergy loss of the boiler in steady-state operating condition,and the change of combustion exergy loss accounts for the biggest portion of total exergy loss change under carbon content variation.During the transient processes with step change of coal carbon content,the exergy loss of water wall heat transfer has the most significant change,while the most significant change in exergy efficiency is on the low-temperature superheater,and the change rates of heat transfer equipment exergy loss and exergy efficiency tending the steady state get slower along fluegas flow.
