锥形空心液膜雾化特性预测模型研究

本文采用可视化测试方法对空心锥形液膜的破碎雾化特性开展了实验研究,结合高速相机与长距显微镜头,获得了喷嘴出口液膜的初始状态参数,并对喷雾液膜结构形态及瞬态破碎过程进行了捕捉,根据实验结果分析了空心锥形液膜的破碎特征;进而基于实验数据分析讨论了已有液膜破碎长度、喷雾锥角预测模型的准确性以及误差产生的原因,发现模型简化误差、经验常数的不合理选取等是模型预测误差产生的关键;随后结合多种喷嘴结构形式实验数据,以液膜出口状态参数为基础,建立了新的空心锥形喷雾初次破碎长度预测模型与喷雾锥角预测模型;发展的新模型具有更好的普适性与准确性,为空心锥形喷雾的雾化特性分析以及发展空心锥形喷雾掺混相关过程的数值模拟方法提供了参考.
Study on Prediction Models of Spray Characteristics of Hollow Cone Spray
The atomization of hollow cone spray was studied by visual test method in present research.The characteristic parameters of liquid film near nozzle orifice were obtained by a high-speed camera equipped with long-distance microscopic lens,and the spray morphology and transient spray characteristics of the film were captured.Firstly,the breakup characteristics of the hollow cone spray were analyzed.Then,the deviations of common prediction models for breakup length and spray cone angle of liquid film were discussed based on the experimental data,and the error analysis were presented.Insufficient consideration on model simplification and selection of empirical constant were considered as the major reason of prediction error.Subsequently,based on the experimental data of various nozzle structures and the parameters of liquid film at outlet,the piecewise prediction models of the initial breakup length and spray cone angle of hollow cone spray was established.The new model has better universality and accuracy.The results of present research provide important reference for the analyses of spray characteristics of hollow cone spray,as well as the development of numerical approaches for the spray and mixing of hollow cone.
