本文探究了 Ra数对停输原油相变特征的影响,为管道停输时间控制提供参考依据.建立了基于焓法的原油相变传热数学模型,将固液模糊区处理为两相流区,利用格子Boltzmann方法求解原油相变传热控制方程组.将原油相变传热过程分为三个不同阶段.发现Ra数对流场的影响会随时间不断减弱,对于凝油层的影响不断增强导致液相率场产生明显的形态变化.在换热第一阶段提高Ra数会使原油下沉速度的增长幅度远大于原油上升速度的增长幅度.
Study on the Influence of Ra Number on the Condensate Characteristics of Stop Pipeline
This paper explores the influence of Ra number on phase transition characteristics of shutdown crude oil,and provides reference for pipeline shutdown time control.A mathematical model of phase change heat transfer of crude oil based on enthalpy method was established.The solid-liquid fuzzy region was treated as a two-phase flow region,and the lattice Boltzmann method was used to solve the control equations of phase change heat transfer of crude oil.The phase change heat transfer process of crude oil is divided into three different stages.It is found that the influence of Ra number on the flow field will decrease with time,and the influence on the condensate reservoir will increase,resulting in obvious morphological changes of the liquid phase rate field.Increasing Ra number in the first stage of heat transfer will make the growth rate of crude oil sinking speed is much larger than that of crude oil rising speed.
