Development of New C3H6-SCR Catalyst and Denitrification Performance
In this study,a series of metal oxide catalysts were prepared by impregnation method using Mn,Fe and Cu as active components and γAl2O3 as the carrier, and the reaction activity of C3H6-SCR(selective catalytic reduction)was evaluated, and it was found that the catalytic activity of Mn5/γAl2O3 catalyst was the best, and the NO conversion rate reached 60%at 275℃.The Mn5/γAl2C3 catalyst was modified with Ce as an additive, and the effects of different loading amounts of Ce on the performance of the catalyst were studied, and the physicochemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,BET,C3H6-TPD and other characterization methods. The results showed that the Ce-doped modified Mn5/γAl2O3 catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the C3H6-SCR reaction, and the maximum denitrification efficiency of the Mn5/Ce10-γAl2O3 catalyst reached 80%at 225℃ and 8000 h-1 space velocity.
