新型丙烯-SCR催化剂开发及脱硝性能研究

本文采用Mn、Fe、Cu为活性组分,以γAl2O3为载体,通过浸渍法制备了一系列金属氧化物催化剂,对其C3H6-SCR(选择性催化还原)反应活性进行了评价,发现Mn5/γAl2O3催化剂的催化活性最好,在275℃时NO转化率达到60%.采用Ce元素为助剂对Mn5/γAl2O3催化剂进行改性处理,研究了不同负载量的Ce对催化剂性能影响,并采用XRD、BET、C3H6-TPD等表征手段对催化剂的物理化学性质进行了表征.结果表明:Ce掺杂改性Mn5/γAl2O3催化剂在C3H6-SCR反应中表现出较为优异的催化活性,优化配比的Mn5/Ce1o-γAl2O3催化剂在225℃、8000 h-1的空速下,催化剂的最大脱硝效率达到80%.
Development of New C3H6-SCR Catalyst and Denitrification Performance
In this study,a series of metal oxide catalysts were prepared by impregnation method using Mn,Fe and Cu as active components and γAl2O3 as the carrier,and the reaction activity of C3H6-SCR(selective catalytic reduction)was evaluated,and it was found that the catalytic activity of Mn5/γAl2O3 catalyst was the best,and the NO conversion rate reached 60%at 275℃.The Mn5/γAl2C3 catalyst was modified with Ce as an additive,and the effects of different loading amounts of Ce on the performance of the catalyst were studied,and the physicochemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,BET,C3H6-TPD and other characterization methods.The results showed that the Ce-doped modified Mn5/γAl2O3 catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the C3H6-SCR reaction,and the maximum denitrification efficiency of the Mn5/Ce10-γAl2O3 catalyst reached 80%at 225℃ and 8000 h-1 space velocity.
