四级低反力度压气机初步设计及流动分析

本文将两种单级低反力度压气机的设计思想应用于多级低反力度压气机设计,初步设计了一台四级低反力度高负荷压气机。在一维设计中初步确定四级低反力度压气机的各级参数,使用三维数值模拟计算对一维设计结果进行评估,同时对四级低反力度压气机三维数值模拟结果的整体性能和内部流动进行初步分析。结果显示,四级总压比能达到6以上,设计点附近效率不低于88%,末级静子中的流动分离也在可控制的范围内。
Preliminary Design and Flow Analysis of a Four-stage Low-reaction Compressor
In this paper,two design concepts of single-stage low-reaction compressor are applied to multi-stage low-reaction compressor,and a four-stage highly loaded low-reaction compressor is preliminarily designed.The parameters of each stage of the four-stage low-reaction compressor are pre-determined in one-dimensional design.Three-dimensional numerical simulations are used to evaluate the one-dimensional design results.The overall performance of the four-stage low-reaction compressor in the three-dimensional numerical simulation results are estimated,and internal flow field is analyzed.The results show that the total pressure ratio of the four-stage compressor can exceed 6,the efficiency near the design point is not less than 88%,and the separation in the outlet vane is also within a controllable range.
