激光诱导击穿煤粉流等离子体光谱技术具有系统简洁、制样简单、多元素快速分析、检测代表性好等优点,在煤质在线检测领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文简要介绍了激光诱导击穿光谱技术原理及煤粉流等离子体光谱测量装置,阐述了对煤粉流测量的影响因素及优化方法,介绍了基于煤粉流等离子体光谱的煤质定量分析和煤质快速分析仪发展现状,展望了煤粉流等离子体光谱技术的发展趋势,为该技术的发展与应用提供参考。
Research of Plasma Spectrum Diagnosis and Quantitative Analysis for Coal Powder Flow
Laser-induced breakdown plasma spectroscopy of coal powder flow has a series of advan-tages such as simple system,simple sample preparation,fast multi-element analysis,and representa-tive detection.Thus,it has wide application prospect in the field of online analysis of coal property.This paper briefly introduces the basic principles of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy and the measurement device for coal powder flow,and then elaborates the influencing factors and improved methods for the measurement of coal powder flow.Subsequently,it introduced the current situation of quantitative analysis of coal property and the rapid coal analyzer based on plasma spectroscopy of coal powder flow.Finally,the development trend of the plasma spectroscopy of coal powder flow is prospected.This work provides a reference for the development and application of this technique.
