生物质储量丰富、环境友好、碳排放强度低,经处理后可获得能量密度较高、燃烧性能较好的黑颗粒,适用于燃煤锅炉的掺烧,可促使"双碳"目标的早日实现.本文采取数值模拟手段,研究了 100%负荷及20%负荷下350 MW四角切圆锅炉掺烧黑颗粒的燃烧状况,得到掺烧黑颗粒对锅炉温度场、烟气组分场、着火距离及NOx排放的影响规律.结果表明:100%负荷下掺烧黑颗粒,炉内主燃烧区域温度上升2~27℃;O2浓度下降约0.5%~1%;CO的体积分数增量约为2450x10-6~3780x10-6且CO增量与黑颗粒掺烧量正相关;NOx浓度减少量在160~207 mg/m3之间,单只燃烧器黑颗粒掺烧量越多,NOx浓度减少量越多;可降低着火距离最大约0.43 m.相比100%负荷,20%负荷下黑颗粒的掺烧可使燃烧器喷口截面温度增加7~105℃左右;O2浓度下降约0.4%~1.8%;CO的体积分数增量约为-150x10-6~547x10-6;各燃烧器喷口截面处NOx浓度减少量在141~164 mg/m3之间;可降低着火距离最大约1 m.黑颗粒的掺烧可提升炉膛烟气温度,提高炉内CO浓度、降低炉内O2浓度、降低NOx浓度、降低燃料射流的着火距离,有利于锅炉燃烧稳定性.
With abundant biomass reserves,environmentally friendly and low carbon emission intensity,black particles with higher energy density and better combustion performance can be ob-tained after treatment,which are suitable for mixing and firing of coal-fired boilers and can promote the early realization of the goal of"double carbon".In this paper,by means of numerical simula-tion,the combustion condition of mixed black particles in a 350 MW quadrangle tangential circular boiler under 100%and 20%load is studied,and the influence law of mixed black particles on the boiler temperature field,flue-gas component field,ignition distance and NOx emission is obtained.The results show that the temperature of the main combustion zone in the furnace increases by 2~27℃ under 100%load.The concentration of O2 decreased by about 0.5%~1%.The increment of CO volume fraction is about 2450x10-6~3780x10-6,and the increment of CO concentration is positively correlated with the mixing amount of black particles.The concentration reduction of NOx is between 160 and 207 mg/m3.The more black particle mixing amount of a single burner,the more NOx reduction;The ignition distance can be reduced to about 0.43 m at most.Compared with 100%load,the mixing of black particles under 20%load can increase the temperature of the burner nozzle section by about 7~105℃.The concentration of O2 decreased by 0.4%~1.8%.The increment of the volume fraction of CO is about-150×10-6~547×10-6.The concentration of NOx at the nozzle section of each burner is between 141 and 164 mg/m3,and the low load can reduce the ignition distance of about 0.8 m.The mixing of black particles can improve the flue gas temperature in the furnace,increase the concentration of CO in the furnace,reduce the concentration of O2 in the furnace,reduce the concentration of NOx,and reduce the ignition distance of the fuel jet,which is conducive to the combustion stability of the boiler.
