耦合蒸汽储能的燃煤发电系统调频能力研究

为实现"双碳"战略目标,我国正在加快建设新型电力系统,亟需不断提升燃煤发电机组的运行灵活性,耦合蒸汽储能是提高燃煤发电系统调频能力的有效手段.本文建立了蒸汽蓄热器和汽轮机热力系统的动态模型,研究获得了蒸汽蓄热器蓄热和释热过程中蒸汽蓄热器和汽轮机热力系统的动态特性,评估了蒸汽蓄热器的能效水平和调频能力.研究发现,蒸汽蓄热器响应速度快,可支撑燃煤发电系统调频,蒸汽蓄热器30%THA工况下储热、100%THA工况下释热的等效往返效率为46.62%.
Frequency Regulation Capacity Analysis of a Coal-Fired Power Plant Integrated with A Steam Energy Storage System
To achieve carbon peak and neutrality targets,a new type power system is being con-structed in China,and the operational flexibility of coal-fired power plants should be enhanced.The integration of steam energy storage system is an effective way to enhance the frequency regulation capability of coal-fired power plants.Dynamic models of steam accumulator and steam turbine ther-mal system were developed in this study,and the dynamic characteristics of the steam accumulator and turbine thermal system were studied during the charging and discharging processes of the steam accumulator.Moreover,the energy efficiency and frequency regulation capability of the steam ac-cumulator were evaluated.Results show that the steam accumulator has a fast response speed to support the frequency regulation of coal-fired power plants,and the equivalent round-trip efficiency is 46.62%when the steam accumulator is charged at 30%THA condition and discharged at 100%TH A condition.
