履带行走机构功率损耗分析系统设计与实现

履带行走机构是性能要求高、结构复杂的机械装备产品.针对履带行走机构的功率损耗较大、运行效率很低的问题,分析了履带行走机构的内外阻力及功率损耗,设计了功率损耗分析系统功能模块与结构,并开发实现了履带行走机构功率损耗分析系统.该系统能够通过分析履带行走机构功率损耗来获得履带行走机构驱动电机的匹配功率,从而指导履带行走机构的电机选型,同时能够提高履带行走机构样机设计和功率损耗分析的效率.
Design and implementation of power loss analysis system for travel mechanism of tracked vehicle
Travel mechanism of tracked vehicle requires high performance and has complex structure. For the problem of large friction power loss and low efficiency, internal and external resistance and power loss were analyzed, function modules and structure of the power loss analysis system were designed, and a power loss analysis system for travel mechanism of tracked vehicle was developed. The system can help to match power of driving motor through analyzing power loss of travel mechanism of tracked vehicle, and then guide the driving motor selection, simultaneously improves the efficiency of prototype design and the power loss analysis for the crawler travel mechanism.
