摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH-560改性的纳米TiO2[TiO2(KH-560)]接枝丙烯腈(AN),通过正交试验,研究AN用量、引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对聚合反应条件的影响,探讨出试验的最佳方案。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等分析方法证明,获得了KH-560改性纳米TiO2接枝丙烯腈的产物。当TiO2(KH-560)用量为1 g,AN用量为3 g,引发剂用量为0.09 g,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为4 h时,制备的抗老化剂的接枝率最高,为46.62%。
Abstract
Nanometer TiO2 was first pretreated by silane coupling agent KH560,then acrylonitrile(AN) was grafted with the pretreated nanometer TiO2. Polymerization conditions such as the dosages of AN and initiator,reaction temperature and time were discussed,and the best experimental program was obtained by orthogonal experiment. It is proved that AN is grafted successfully with the nanometer TiO2 by Fourier transform infrared,thermal gravimetric,scanning electron microscope. When the dosages of TiO2(KH-560),AN and initiator are 1 g,3 g and 0.09 g separately,reaction temperature is 65℃,reaction time is 4 h, the grafting rate of prepared anti-aging agent reaches the maximum 46.62%.
