不同钙锌类复合热稳定剂对PVC性能的影响

通过刚果红实验、热老化烘箱实验和流变实验,研究了两种自制高效钙锌复合热稳定剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定性能及其流变性能的影响,并且与市场上应用的两种钙锌复合稳定剂进行比较。结果表明,自制二羟甲基丙酸钙锌类复合热稳定剂的效果最佳,在180℃下保温80 min仍无明显变色,刚果红试纸在69.5 min时变色,流变性能各参数均良好,优于市场上所售的两种国内外产品;自制的硬脂酸钙锌复合热稳定剂作为主稳定剂的稳定效果与国外产品相当。
Effect of Different Ca/Zn Composite Thermal Stabilizers on Properties of PVC
The influence of two kinds of homemade Ca/Zn composite thermal stabilizers with high efficiency on the thermal stabilities and processing rheological properties of poly (vinyl chloride)(PVC) was evaluated by means of congo red test,thermal aging oven test,rheological test. The results show that the thermal stabilities and rheological properties of PVC with calcium/zinc 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) propionate composite thermal stabilizer is better than the products sold in the market,there is no noticeable discoloration for 80 min at 180℃,the congo red test paper do not discolor until 69.5 minutes later,the various parameters of the rheological properties are good. The properties of the other homemade stabilizer using Ca/Zn stearate is comparable with the foreign product.
